Former Elementary to Middle School Math

Hi! I am happy you are here. (: My name is Brooklyn & I teach in Sweet Home Alabama. I have both a Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Elementary Education K-6. For two years I taught 3rd grade math, science, and social studies. It literally was my dream!! Then I was moved to 1st grade (rather shockingly) & I did not fall in love with it. In my heart I wanted a big change, so I became certified to teach middle school mathematics and transferred to our local middle school to teach 7th grade math with my first group of 3rd graders! Both of my schools were also school I attended myself, so it truly feels like home. When I am not teaching, I hope to be found on an airplane jet setting somewhere.
